Qn1:On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

ORMB v2.9 upgrade - Release deployment issues

We have created a release package with all components (CM code + Prod DB GC config) using the FW v4.4.0 - Packaging tool scripts from patch no - 28916061.
While trying to deploy the release package using "install.cmd" script it is giving below error:

"....Unable to open output file \ at D:\spl\dqdenta\bin\perllib/SPL/splExternal.pm line 1749."

We have checked the above path and the "splExternal.pm" is existing in this path.
Could you let us know why we are getting this error. I have attached the log file from the deployment.
 
Qn2:We also noticed one more issue after deployment and server startup that all existing XAI inbound services are defaulting to the SSL port (eg: 9002) whereas the application url is accessible on port=9001 as below:
http://localhost:9001/ouaf/cis.jsp

Could you let us know the reason why the XAI inbound services are pointing to SSL port ?
We have given the below option in configureEnv. cmd:
WebLogic SSL Port Number = 9002
But that shouldn't affect the XAI inbound service listen ports
