MDM - CF_SP Fact Is Failing when multiple languages configured (Doc ID 2694578.1)

Goal

The ETL load of the MDM fact CF_SP fails with the error:

ORA-00001: unique constraint (DWADM.XF713S01) violated

The issue occurs when there are multiple languages configured in source(MDM)
application, thereby creating multiple language records in the CI_LOOKUP_VAL_L table.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Ensure that there are multiple languages configured in the source, such that
there are more than one record for every lookup value in the CI_LOOKUP_VAL_L table.
2. Enable the entity and let it run.
3. Notice that the entity fails with the mentioned error.
