DURATION_DAYS Is Showing Incorrect Value in PQM_PR_WORKFLOW_DETAIL_F When Workflow is Demoted (Doc ID 2695264.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

DURATION_DAYS column is showing incorrect values in PQM_PR_WORKFLOW_DETAIL_F table when the Problem Report workflow status is demoted from 'Released' to 'Pending'.
It shows the duration which is calculated under below logic:
(2nd Exit time - 1st Enter time)

Expeced Behavior

DURATION_DAYS column in PQM_PR_WORKFLOW_DETAIL_F table to show the exact duration of each status even when Problem Report workflow status changed from 'Released' to 'Pending'.
The expected calculation logic is below in this case:
(1st Exit time - 1st Enter time) + (2nd Exit time - 2nd Enter time)

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client, and change the workflow of Problem Report from 'Released' to 'Pending'
2. Run MDS Load
3. Check the value of DURATION_DAYS column in PQM_PR_WORKFLOW_DETAIL_F table. See the value shows unexpected value
