Last Count Information Incorrectly Updated On STORE_ITEM_STOCK When Stock Count Deleted

Symptoms
SIM updates STORE_ITEM_STOCK last count approved information with the partially counted stock count being deleted. Deleting an In-Progress Unit only count with some counted child counts results in incorrect updates of
STORE_ITEM_STOCK.LAST_STK_CNT_TYPE
STORE_ITEM_STOCK.LAST_STK_CNT_APPROVE_DATE
STORE_ITEM_STOCK.LAST_STK_CNT_TIMEFRAME
STORE_ITEM_STOCK.OPEN_STOCK_COUNTS to be decremented with no other updates
Steps to Reproduce:
PC: Create Unit Only Product Group
PC: Schedule Product Group & Explode now
Mobile:
- Select Count
- Select Snapshot
- Select Count
- Select Child Count
- Enter discrepant counts
- Save Child
Note: Data in STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM & STORE_ITEM_STOCK
Mobile:
- Select Count (In-Progress)
- Menu Delete
- Confirm Delete: Yes
Error: Last Stock Count data is incorrectly updated with the In-Progress count
