Missing Stock Count Authorization Quantity & Timestamp For Child Count With No Discrepancies (Doc ID 2695289.1)

Symptoms

When SIM auto authorizes child count with no discrepancies, authorization quantity or timestamp is not added to STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM or STORE_ITEM_STOCK. Also, count remains open in STORE_ITEM_STOCK.OPEN_STOCK_COUNTS.

Steps to Reproduce:

Verify Stock Count parameters:
STOCK_COUNT_SALES_PROCESS_UNIT = 0 (Timestamp Processing)
STOCK_COUNT_DEFAULT_TIMEFRAME=2 (After Store Close)

SIM PC

1. Create Unit Only PG (AutoAuthorize=false)
2. Schedule Count & Explode now

From Mobile:

3. Log into SIM MAF UI
4. Select Count
5. Take Snapshot
6. Select Child
7. Count items and make sure there are no discrepancies
8. Note: Timestamp for Counted Items (STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM.counted_date_time)
9. Complete Count (Note: Child Count Phase/Status: Authorize Complete)

Error:


STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM.APPROVED_QUANTITY is NULL
STOCK_COUNT_LINE_ITEM. APPROVED_DATE_TIME is NULL
STORE_ITEM_STOCK. LAST_STK_CNT_TYPE = 0
STORE_ITEM_STOCK. LAST_STK_CNT_APPROVE_DATE is NULL
STORE_ITEM_STOCK. LAST_STK_CNT_TIMEFRAME = N
STORE_ITEM_STOCK. OPEN_STOCK_COUNTS is not decremented
STOCK_COUNT_CHILD. AUTHORIZE_USER is NULL
