Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System was not picking the failed webhook records for batch processing. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should process failed webhook records using batch process

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the SET-EVE --> EVEPRC_BJ_100_02 bath job - RETRY BATCH JOB FOR FAILED WEBHOOK EVENT RECORDS
  2. EVEPRC_BJ_100_04 - RETRY FOR FAILED RECORDS(CUSTOMER AND BUSINESS ENTITIES) batch job
  3. Verify system should have Picked up all webhook failed records and re-processed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank cannot process failed webhook records through batch process.
