Symptoms

On : 3.19.3.0.0 version, Processing

When attempting to process claims in OHI Claims Production, the following SanityCheck error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------

OHI-DYLO-007; nested exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: com.oracle.healthinsurance.support.cache.api.exception.NamedCacheNotActiveException

Also receiving:

DataReplicationTargetSynchronization errors in OHI Claims Prod.

Client attempted to process, but they still receive the errors.
