LDAP Login failed with the invalid user name and password (Doc ID 2695579.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.7 version, Administration_OFSS

When attempting to login with the LDAP
the following error occurs.

I reviewed the logs and only found this in the SMSService.log file:
