Symptoms

On PFT 8.0.6+ and AAI/FSDF 8.0.9+ version, user is not able to select the future date in Currency Rates screen, thus user is not able to verify the rates from user interface(UI) for future dates.

Error:
Effective Date cannot be greater than Current Date

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use January Exchange rates (with effective from 31-JAN-2020 as all batches runs with last day of the month as FIC_MIS_DATE) 2 or 3 days prior ie on 29-Jan-2020 or 30-JAN-2020.
2. Post processing the rates, after validating from the UI and selecting to_date as '31-JAN-2020' on 29th or 30th, the application is giving the pop-up message saying the effective date cannot be greater than current date.
