Goal
There is a T2T is missing in the out of the box PFT application. Data load from FSI_D_MERCHANT_CARDS to FCT_PFT_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY is missing. It appears that other FSI_D T2T to FCT_PFT_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY table is available.
