PDF Reports Are Not Opened When Executed In Preview Mode. (Doc ID 269586.1)

Symptoms

Reports executed to Preview with PDF format return a blank page on Internet Explorer (IE)

Print Preview of Graphic Layout Editor returns a blank page.

The following message, which is displayed very quick message and is very hard to read, is displayed when the report is opened:

"This file is damaged but is being repaired"

The client pc is using Acrobat Reader 6.0.1
