NMS 2.5 Installation Fails to Create the Necessary Synonyms During a "nms-setup -clean -reset" (Doc ID 2696290.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.0.0 version, Installation

Oracle NMS 2.5 installation fails

When trying to setup the database schema (nms-setup -clean -reset) multiple tables fail to populate.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install the nms 2.5.0.0 software
2. Complete install steps and run nms-setup -clean -reset

Changes

 This is a new installation of the 2.5.0.0 release.
