Goal

While implementing QC sampling Framework on ECM 8071 client wants to re-use same transition (Review Complete to Re-Open) from UI & QC Workflow instead of creating a new workflow for QC in PMF.

We observed that transition is failing due to Role Code validation as Role Code is coming as null from QC Workflow.
