Error While Attempting Product Purchase (Doc ID 2696514.1)

Symptoms

On a High Availability (HA) setup, while attempting  product purchase one is getting the "Request processing resulted in ceiling floor breached of an involved BalanceItem " alert even if subscriber account has sufficient balance.

Error in the cm.pinlog:


Scenarios in which issue is reproducible :

Scenario-1
-------------
1) Create new subscriber
2) Allocate resources in monetary balances (total 6 euro): BONUS=1.5, BONUS2=1, BONUS4=3.5
3) Try to activate bundle offer of 5.5 euro
4) Result: "Request processing resulted in ceiling/floor breached of an involved BalanceItem."

Scenario-2
-------------
1) Create new subscriber
2) Allocate resources in monetary balances (total 107.5 euro): MAIN_BALANCE=100, BONUS=1.5, BONUS2=1, BONUS4=3.5, PAID-1=1.5
3) Try to activate bundle offer of 8.5 euro
4) Result: "Request processing resulted in ceiling/floor breached of an involved BalanceItem."

Scenario-3
-------------
1) Create new subscriber
2) Allocate resources in monetary balances (total 106 euro): MAIN_BALANCE=100, BONUS=1.5, BONUS2=1, BONUS4=3.5
3) Try to activate bundle offer of 8.5 euro
4) Result: "Request processing resulted in ceiling/floor breached of an involved BalanceItem."

Scenario-4
-------------
1) Create new subscriber
2) Allocate resources in monetary balances (total 8 euro): BONUS=1.5, BONUS2=1, PAID-1=1, PAID-2=1 BONUS4=3.5
3) Try to activate bundle offer of 7.5 euro
4) Result: "Request processing resulted in ceiling/floor breached of an involved BalanceItem."
