Symptoms
On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Operations Mobile App (OMA)
During offline in OMA, Selection Methods Circle and Box Action on map require a two step process
When OMA is in offline in iPad, to select objects in map using Circle/ Square action, it requires to perform the same action twice. Performing the action the second time is showing selected objects in the side panel.
This is working fine in a browser. This appears to be only an issue with iPAD.
Expected Behavior
Should not have to preform the same action twice just because the app is offline.
