Mail Folder Names That Are in Japanese Locale Are Not Shown Correctly on Outlook Clients (Doc ID 2697002.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Messaging Server (MS) 8.0.2.5.0 (also reproducible on MS version 8.1.0.2.0)

Users accessing mailbox through Outlook client (Outlook2016 / Office365) are unable to view content of mail folders that have Japanese names. The folder names list correctly in the 'IMAP folders' dialog where the user subscribes / unsubscribes a folder.  However, the same folder doesn't show in Japanese locale when viewed on the main page (left panel). Instead, the folder names are shown garbled.
