Symptoms

ISSUE:

Users receive the error message "Failure of Web Server bridge" trying to connect to RDC Onsite. In the logfile <servername>_OPA_1.out. following error was reported:

 

<Jul 30, 2020, 11:51:01,683 AM EDT> <Error> <Deployer> <BEA-149205> <Failed to initialize the application "DS_1_rdcdsws" due to error weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28001: the password has expired
