Inability to Reuse the Information From Identnone (Doc ID 2697625.1)

When a lookup of the PTR record has already been done because 'identnone' is the default, there should be a way to access that information, so that it will not be
required to duplicate such lookup.

For instance, based on the below relevant snippet of the worker debug output:

So, there is a need for the ability to reuse the results of DNS PTR lookup, that already happened as part of 'identnone' setting.
