Symptoms

On RMB v2.7.0.1.0, Rate Value Algorithm Precision Issue.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
We have an algorithm that uses the C1-RATECALC algorithm type to perform division between 2 RC values.
Even though the RC precision is set to 18 decimals, the value returned by this algorithm is trimmed to 2 decimals for e.g. it returns 0.330000000000000000 instead of 0.333333333333333315.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Output must have complete 18 decimal value to have expected calculation.

STEPS
------------------------
1. Create a person and account setup with Post processing pricing
2. Rate component should be FCPO with precision as 18
3. Pass the value for ex. as 0.333333333333333315
4. Calc line is displayed as 0.330000000000000000 instead of 0.333333333333333315
