ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to search Workflows with using an apostrophe ' in any of the search criterion. When using a " ' " in any of the search criterion on the workflow screen, the following SQL error is received:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid SQL statement or JDBC escape, terminating ''' not found. The user must double the " ' " in order to work around the crash

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to search the workflow items without doubling the " ' ". The transformation of the input strings required for the SQL to be properly formatted should be transparent to the user


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to filter the workflow items by setting the filter to "contains" and input just ' in the text box
Notice the crash
