Unable to search Workflows with using an apostrophe ' in any of the search criterion. When using a " ' " in any of the search criterion on the workflow screen, the following SQL error is received:
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid SQL statement or JDBC escape, terminating ''' not found. The user must double the " ' " in order to work around the crash

User should be able to search the workflow items without doubling the " ' ". The transformation of the input strings required for the SQL to be properly formatted should be transparent to the user

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to filter the workflow items by setting the filter to "contains" and input just ' in the text box
Notice the crash
