No Pagination Option Available in WBS/CBS Picker Window

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When selecting WBS/CBS code from the picker list, there is no pagination option available.
Also, an existing WBS/CBS code does not show in the picker list, but it shows when users search for the code.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in to Unifier
- Navigate to appropriate shell > appropriate Cost Business Process (BP)
- Click Create or open an existing record and accept task
- Click on appropriate line item tab and click the add button
- Click on the appropriate WBS/CBS picker Data Element (DE) and the WBS/CBS Picker list will open up
- There is no pagination option available on the picker list.
