Error when User Change their Password in the Screens

In Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C) version 6.0.1, the Service Management System SMS provides a system for managing user access to SMS and installed applications.
Available functions include:
- Managing user accounts
- Setting passwords
- Creating access rules for different screens and tables within the SMF database
There is an issue that can occur under some specific circumstances when the users are trying to change their password.
When this happens the following error message is being generated in the java console:
