when we create a new decision rule of type Attribute Expressions in the section where attribute appears there is none, when all possible actions should appear., no action in the drop down list -Workflow
need to add app_id to the table AAI_AOM_APP_COMP_ATTR_MAPPING, then dropdown will come in the application rule
