PROBLEM
-------------
ASCP is not scheduling ISO / IR pair correctly
We have ISO with same due date of IR - ignoring the 40 day intransit time.
We have supply of component in ISO org to make and ship it in time to honor 40 days
STEPS
--------
ECC plan
PTF, DTF checked
Overwrite - None
demand priority pegging
120 days / 8 wks / 4 periods
Example:
The IR due date is 24-AUG
Sales order - ISO should not have moved out from 15-JUL -- it has 40 days intransit time
the item supply pegs to component 7582 which has supply scheduled on 23-JUN - plenty of time to make 8971 and ship on time on 15-JUL
ISO 24-AUG
