APP-PO-14676: This item is missing a list price in the item master setup window while Releasing IR/ISO from Distribution Planning. (Doc ID 2700858.1)

Goal

On Distribution Planning Workbench, when trying to release IR/ISO between 2 organizations that belong to different OU an error occurs.  The program that "MSC ISO Release Program (MSC Create And Reschedule ISO(1))" in the Source EBS Instance completes in warning. 

Log file of program says API Error. Log file of the program is attached.

We are using Distribution Planner Responsibility on the VCP Instance.

Tried setting the MO:Operating Unit Profile in the Source Instance at Responsibility Level to "OU1". This is the Operating Unit of the Destination (IR). Operating Unit of Source Where ISO needs to be created is "OU2".

When release IR/ISO using ASCP Workbench for this same combination of Source and Destination,

the release process works fine and Requisition Import is Launched in Source and IR is Created.
