Symptoms
In Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) version 5.0.1 and further version, the smsCompareResyncClient process performs database resynchronizations and comparisons coming from the Service Logic Controller (SLC) on the Service Management System (SMS).
During vulnerabilities scan the smsCompareResyncClient process is crashing, causing SLC to be out of sync.
