Nothing Happen When Print Monitoring Check is Clicked (Doc ID 2701929.1)

Symptoms

In Literature Intake screen, when user click Print Monitoring Check option, it is expected that report should be display.
However, nothing happen and there is no message from application.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Import a J-literature file
2) Go to Work list > Literature Intake
3) Select the imported record
4) Right click
5) Select Print Monitoring Check
