Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Executive Dashboard

Using the Model Management tool, model building an identical .mb file results the indicator spinning forever, even no Patch XXX log in ~/data/errors/ directory.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Rebuild a completed .mb file
    cd ~/data/patches
    cp done/3331.mb
  2. Model Build it from the Model Management Tool
Tool "O" activity symbol spins forever.
It should stop when the build is finished.
~/data/patches no longer has the file, it has been moved to done/
~/data/errors has no PatchXXX log file
    ~/logs/ces_build_maps.log says:
           /users/nmsadmin/data/patches/3331.mb already exists. Skip preprocessing. - Thu Jul 16 04:30:10 EDT 2020
File 3331.mb is identical to previous version. Skipping.

Work Around
1. Exit Model Management tool
2. Log into Model Management tool
