Symptoms

Print option is not working for CS Real time cases under case summary section in ECM.

Steps to replicate :

Step 1 : Log in as ECM user
Step 2 : Search CS RT cases
Step 3 : Open the CS case and click on print button under Case summary section
Step 4 : click on view pdf

Issue : unable to view PDF and blank screen displayed.
