Symptoms

Unable to log into Primavera P6 EPPM

ERROR

Error 404 : Page not found

Observe below error in the logs

com.primavera.PhoenixException: Unable to resolve privileged username and password
IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to login to P6 Web
2. Observe 404 error
