Store Notice: Deferring Elasticsearch Index For User/<user>/<folder> Uid <number> (Doc ID 2702982.1)

Symptoms

A user was trying to delete a folder.  During that time, the Elastic Search server was down (or otherwise unreachable).
Observed the following errors in the imap log when this happened:


Due to this issue, the store is calling for the user mailbox to be repaired, but it is unclear why this is happening.
