ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Summary rate component entry is not getting created in the CI_TXN_CALC_LN table.
This issue is happening for all the rate components upgraded from 2.4 env.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rate Component Summary record should be created in CI_TXN_CALC_LN table.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run TFM;
2. Check CI_TXN_CALC_LN table
