Letter of Credit Does not Inherit the Exchange Rate of the Purchase Order (Doc ID 2703233.1)

Symptoms

The letter of credit does not inherit the exchange rate of the Purchase Order when changing the exchange rate.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an Purchase Order (PO) with Payment Method = LC and an exchange rate.
  2. Approve the PO.
  3. Go to "Letter of Credit Order Selection" screen, choose your PO and create an LC using the "Create New LC" button.
  4. Notice that LC cost is different than PO cost because LC does not uses the same exchange rate that PO.
