BRM CNE Installation Fails With ORA-60019 Error While Installing Init-db Helm Chart (Doc ID 2703276.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to install a new Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Cloud Native 12.0.0.3.0 environment, when trying to install init-db helm chart, the following error occurs in /oms/setup/pin_setup.log.

To be noted than before deploying init-db helm chart, BRM tablespaces were created by executing commands recommended by BRM Installation Guide - see here: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E51000_01/doc.120/e51014/installing-and-configuring-oracle-database1.htm#BRMIG237
