PROBLEM
-------------
When we try to release multiple planned orders from ASCP to WIP using function "Select All for Release", the Implement Date time stamp (23:59:00 i.e. end of day) does not get inserted into msc_wip_job_schedule_interface and hence does not get passed on to WIP.

This causes work orders to get generated with default timestamp on Completion Date of 00:00:00 (Start of day).

When we release single planned order or select multiple orders without using "Select All for Release", work orders get created correctly.
