Symptoms

When attempting to install Profitability Management (PFT) 8.1 pack by executing ./setup.sh SILENT, found the following error.

InfrastructurePreInstallCheck.log

Validation for category POST_INSTALL. STATUS : FAIL
  [ERROR]:-Unable to connect to Application component.Provide correct application ftpshare details. Exception message: org.apache.commons.vfs2.FileSystemException: 
  Could not connect to SFTP server at "sftp://<user>@<hostname>/". Server <hostname> Port number 22
