Demantra - My Dashboard Is Not Displaying Data (Doc ID 2703740.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version


Demantra - " My Dashboard" is not displaying data
The "My dashboard" from the "Welcome" tab is not displaying any data inside and not getting any front error.


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to Demantra application
2. Open Dashboards
3. Dashboard is not displaying data


In Application Server log, it has below error:
Root cause of ServletException. java.awt.AWTError: Can't connect to X11 window server using 'localhost:10.0' as the value of the DISPLAY variable.
