BRMGateway Went Down After Throwing Error "JMSClientExceptions: 055088 The consumer is closed" (Doc ID 2704249.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) 11.3.0.9.0 version, BRMGateway process went down with the below errors without any manual intervention.

brmGateway.log:

After restarting, the process is running fine without any issues.

Here it is identified that the Weblogic Managed Server has been restarted by itself and brmGateway should have reconnected to Weblogic which did not happen in this case.

What is the remedy to such situations?
