How to Receive Email Notification Delivered from Agile Even When SMTP Server is Overloaded (Doc ID 2704276.1)

Goal

When the SMTP server used to send the Agile notification is overloaded, email notification sent from Agile is not delivered to end users because the SMTP server does not accept it.
Is there any good workaround to avoid users to miss notification from Agile?
