Unable to Create Patient Positions with a Leading Zero (Doc ID 270487.1)

Symptoms

When creating the Alpha patient position identical to other already created but beginning with 0 the following error is returned:
FRM-40508 - ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.

The Display error shows the following error message:
ORA-00001: Unique constraint (RXA_DES.PATIENT_POSITIONS_UK_PAD_ID) violated
