How to avoid duplication event id from AML and CS (Doc ID 2704946.1)

ECM batch for AML events is failing when the REVIEW_ID (table KDD_REVIEW) of the AML alert already exists in table FCC_EVENT_LOOKUP (field V_EVENT_CD) from CS (customer screening).

For example if we launch ECM-AML and try to process alerts with a REVIEW_ID already existing in the table FCC_EVENT_LOOKUP (it could exist because of a Customer Screening event), an error is produced when inserting in the table FCC_EVENTS since it executes a SQL query to generate the temporary table that associates the data of the AML alert to the N_EVENT_SKEY of the events already existing previously.
