Symptoms

On : 2.8.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

Membership Contract for a Membership does not correctly represent the timeline of the Contract for the Membership.

Steps:

Add Subscriber to a Plan effective from 01-01-2020 to 12-31-2023. Generate the Billable charge.
Update Membership nformation and update Bill Level3 value effective from 04-01-2023.
Billable charges are updated, and new Billable charges are created on the other account, but Membership Contracts are not updated.
