Goal

Running the Retail Demand Forecasting application forecast resulted in a failure with below errors.  Why?

Exception in SourceLevelForecast::forecast: IllegalParse: Parse of - methmasktmp15xb=if(>0,reqmth15xb,7) resulted in syntax error at 19.
and
Exception: BatchForecast::Causal Estimation : Daily Promotion Profile Total must be less than or equal to 1.0.
