Net Change collections is not removing unscheduled sales orders form msc_sales_orders
Allocated ATP based on planning data
Net change during the week 2 x per day 11 am / 8pm PST
-- ATP plan runs 2x per day at same time as collections
Then run data collections with complete refresh on weekend
1. Sales order entered
2. Run net change and plan
3. Unschedule the sales order
-- at that time you see msc_alloc_demands has been updated for the unschedule so that:
-- ALLOCATED_QUANTITY = 0 and OLD_ALLOCATED_QUANTITY = previous value
4. Run net change and plan
5. Then see plan still has the sales order even when it has been unscheduled
-- msc_alloc_demands has been reset and has demand quantity
-- in Order Mgmt we see order is still unscheduled.
