After Deleting Customer List Values in Java Client, Users See Error in the Web Client Home Page as "Application Error: This feature did not perform as expected"

Symptoms
On : 9.3.6.0 version, Web client (PC)
ERROR
Application Error This feature did not perform as expected after deleting Customer List
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Agile Java Client as admin
2. Click on Admin Tab > Lists
3. Bring up Customer's List
4. Delete Out Of the Box Customer List Values
5. Launch the Agile Web Client
6. Log into Agile Web Client
Close Button
Click on Close Button
The WebClient opens & the users see the following error in the home page:
Application Error This feature did not perform as expected. Please contact your Agile Administrator.
The user is able to work but all the Home Page Dash Board is gone.
