Symptoms

Actual Behavior

The SALMAINT.PC (Stock Ledger Table Maintenance) with POST options throws ORA-14083 error when you configure the System withe Gregorian (Normal) calendar and do not populate the WEEK_DATA table.

Expected Behavior

The SALMAINT should be smart enough to check the calendar type, and if it is Gregorian, SALMAINT should not try to process WEEK_DATA. Furthermore, you should not need partitions on an empty table.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Gregorian Calendar.
2. Do not populate the WEEK_DATA table.
3. Run the SALMAINT batch with the POST option.
4. Notice the error:

"salmaint~20200720122053~week_data~RMS16.WEEK_DATA~-14083~ORA-14083: cannot drop the only partition of a partitioned table~Execute ALTER DROP".
