Validation of Source Filter Expression Fails with 'invalid identifier' (Doc ID 2705625.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Health Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.8.6 version,
When attempting to add a Source Filters expression for a target table in a transformation,
e.g.: ( {<DATA_MODEL_NAME>.<TABLE_NAME>.<COLUMN_NAME1>} = '<VALUE>' )
the expression validation step fails with the following error:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to "Study Configuration"/"Transformation" tab for a selected study.
2. Select a target table in this transformation.
3. Under "Mapped Sources" tab, click on Source Filters icon corresponding to that table.
4. Define an expression using Expression Builder.
5. Validate that expression.
