Application uses SFTP authentication even after switching to Public key authentication (Doc ID 2705733.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.0.7 version, Administration_OFSS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting change Authentication Type to 'Public Key Authentication' from 'Password Auth' and save, the popup message appears "[1198] Server details updated successfully" but backend tables are not updated.And hence application still uses SFTP authentication instead of PKA(Public key authentication)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Upon saving details, respective backend tables should be updated and application should use 'Public Key Authentication'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Try to change authentication type following steps in below section:-
