Error Occurred in HOLIDAY_MAINTENANCE.jsp When Accessing Holiday Maintenance (Doc ID 2705783.1)

After doing fresh ALM 8.1 installation running on Tomcat 8 and navigating to Holiday Maintenance screen, below error is shown:


Invalid request /Error while processing request.

In localhost.YYYY-MON-DD.log can see the following errors:

An error occurred at line: [55] in the jsp file:

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After installation of ALM 8.1.0 on Tomcat 8.

2 Navigate to Holiday Maintenance screen.
