Psub On Windows 2000 Server Is Terminating. (Doc ID 270584.1)

Symptoms

The PSUB service is terminating after only running for a few seconds. The
status of the service shows as Started for only a few seconds.

No error message is given when the service terminates.
When attempting to restart the service, the following message box is displayed:
Could not start the PSUB Service demo service on Local Computer.
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
